Units need to move, our turnover clean makes sure they do right on time. — Kitchens, bathrooms, floors, baseboards, trim, light switches, door handles, closets, utility rooms; whatever your apartments have, we're ready for them. We do things right the first time, so you have no surprises on walkthroughs and tours.

Scope

What a Turnover Clean covers.

• All surfaces wiped down — countertops, cabinets, shelving, and built-ins throughout the unit

• Kitchen fully cleaned — appliance exteriors, sink, stovetop, and all surfaces scrubbed and cleared

• Bathrooms cleaned and sanitized — toilets, sinks, showers, tubs, mirrors, and fixtures

• Floors vacuumed and mopped in every room

• Baseboards, trim, and windowsills wiped down

• Trash removed and all bins cleared

• Light switches, door handles, and outlets wiped

• Final walkthrough completed before we sign off — nothing missed

Scope is defined and agreed upon before the first unit is touched. What gets cleaned, how it gets cleaned, and what the finished unit looks like — all of it is locked in before we start.
