• Appliance interiors and exteriors — oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher cleaned through

• All countertops, backsplash, and tile surfaces scrubbed

• Stovetop, burner grates, and hood vent cleaned

• Sink, faucet, and fixtures cleaned and de-scaled

• Baseboards and cabinet hardware wiped down

Bathrooms

• Toilet — bowl, seat, base, and surrounding area fully cleaned

• Shower and tub — walls, floor, fixtures, and grout scrubbed

• Vanity, sink, and faucet cleaned and de-scaled

• Mirrors cleaned streak-free

• Medicine cabinets and under-sink storage wiped down

• Baseboards, vents, and trim cleaned

All Rooms and Common Areas

• All surfaces dusted and wiped — shelves, built-ins, windowsills, and trim throughout

• Blinds and window frames cleaned

• Light fixtures and ceiling fans wiped down

• Interior of all closets wiped down

• Baseboards cleaned in every room

Floors

• Hardwood and tile floors mopped thoroughly

• Carpet vacuumed in detail, including edges and corners

Final Walkthrough

• All light switches, door handles, and outlets wiped down

• Vents and registers cleaned

• Exterior of all doors wiped down

• Garage and entryway cleaned if part of the property
