What is our regular residential service?

With everything you have, you shouldn't have to think about your floors, your counters, or whether the bathrooms are clean enough. Our Standard Clean keeps your home at the level it should be — biweekly or monthly, on a schedule that works for you. We handle the kitchen, bathrooms, living areas, and floors so the space feels right when you walk through the door. Cancel any time, no commitment. And it gets better the longer we work with you.

Scope:

What it includes:

• Kitchen — Countertops, cabinets (exteriors), appliance exteriors, sink, and stovetop cleaned and wiped down; dishes addressed if left out

• Bathrooms — Toilets, sinks, mirrors, showers, and tubs scrubbed and sanitized; floors mopped

• Living areas — Surfaces dusted, furniture wiped down, and general clutter addressed; cushions and upholstery freshened

• Floors — Vacuumed and mopped throughout the home; baseboards wiped

• General — Trash emptied, linens changed if provided, and a walkthrough to catch anything that needs attention

What this is not:

• Interior appliance cleaning (oven interiors, inside the fridge)

• Detailed grout scrubbing or tile restoration

• Window washing or exterior work — handled as a separate service

• Heavy organization or decluttering
